What a delight to be served such well prepared dishes. The presentation was wonderful, it was served fresh and hot, and tasted delicious. A combination that is rare. It exceeded my expectations. They have proven it is not where on this earth you eat, but who the chef is that determines the experience. Great cuisine!! This is fine dining at mid-range prices. View all feedback.
What Jaren Erdman doesn't like about Annajo's Bistro:
To find a bistro with a menu offering more than burgers and fries in this tiny town was a pleasant suprise. We enjoyed the kielke with farmers sausage and rhubarb sauce, as well as the child having his burger and fries, but the cheesecake which we shared was the real highlight. A triple chocolate mousse cheesecake that appears to be made in house was fluffy light and very chocolatey. View all feedback.
Outstanding food. Jana's Peach Cobbler cheesecake is out of this world. One of the best bakers in Canada
A group of 8 of us visited Plum Coulee for a tour of the grain elevator museum and to learn about the history of the prairie town. We had made a reservation for 8 at the restaurant and were delighted with the diverse selection of bistro-style dishes. I opted for a Mediterranean flatbread wrap filled with spinach, peppers, red onions, feta cheese, and grilled chicken, accompanied by a choice of soup or salad. I chose the butternut squash soup, which had a delightful sweet and savory flavor with a hint of curry. Others in the group enjoyed dishes such as a Tuscan salad, a Bacon Egg Lettuce Tomato sandwich, a mild jalapeno soup, a Man Candy burger with drunken mushrooms and bacon, and a special spicy chili with roasted potatoes. The dessert menu offered tempting options like vanilla bean and hazelnut cheesecake, but we were too full to indulge. Everyone seemed satisfied with their meals - the portions were generous, with some finding it more than they needed, while the rest of us left happily full.
We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The tenderloin steak was so tender that it almost didn't require a knife. The flavor was exceptional and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was very relaxing. We will definitely return in the future.

A popular restaurant in Plum Coulee , MB. , located on Main Street next to Prairie Foods. The staff are attentive and courteous, serving homemade foods with homemade pies and cheesecake deserts. It is always a pleasure eating here.
