The staff and management are always exceptional and consistent, whether it's just the two of us or a large group. The food and wines are equally impressive (I always buy a case to share at home for special occasions). It's a fantastic day out in the garden, and you can easily combine it with other nearby activities. I can't recommend it highly enough—it's truly a gem!

It's definitely the best place around, including Plettenberg for food. Too bad they don't open for dinner. They have a self catering cottage for hire on the estate which sounds ideal.
