The Port Of Peri Peri - Pleasanton

The guy at the counter was dismissive from the start. They charged me for lamb chops and didn't give it to me but still charged me for it. They just crossed it out as if it wasn't ordered even though it was added to the charge. Told him about the issue and he said time a complaint online. Ridiculous.The AC was not on and it was so hot inside.We ordered takeout beforehand but had to eat in cuz we needed to. I asked the guy say the counter and he said you can eat here but you have to clean up your mess when you're done.What kind of answer is that?First and last time going here.

I visited this location over the weekend with my family. Our family enjoyed our food! The food was delicious and it came quickly even though we had a large party. The only thing I was disappointed by was the bathrooms. Every other peri peri location I've been to the bathrooms have been clean and stocked. The soap dispenser had no soap so we would have to squeeze it out. That is just laziness on the restaurants end. They need to take better care of their bathrooms. The one in Texas was not like that at all as well as their other locations. Overall it was a great experience and the staff working was kind!

Pretty darn delicious. It is as the marketing described, succulent, flame grilled to order with explosive flavors. First time trying the place, was thinking this is similar to Nando and it's kind of similar. I ordered the 1/4 leg and thigh in lemon pepper flavor. And a side of coleslaw. The chicken is definitely the highlight, came grilled to order, you have that char and smoke kissed flavor on the chicken skin and meat. The meat was tender, juicy and yes succulent, and bam with the splash of spicy house sauce and ranch Yum. The coleslaw was a nice balance bc it's a hot day and I wasn't feeling any fried food, so opted for something lightish (bc of the Mayo component can't really say it's that light)Overall loved the chicken, the ambience is hip, colorful and relaxing. I was the only customer at the time which made it perfect to me.

Decently fresh and a good post gym protein meal but nothing too special. Service is nice

Drove from Sacramento and apparently they're closed. At least put up a sign saying closed, yelp and Google has you open
