Andersen Bakery - Pleasanton

Great bakery! Nice fresh bread and super delicious sandwiches. Line is always long (for good reason! so come early here and expect some waiting time for the top hours. Customer service is great, these ladies are super friendly and courteous.

There was a long line when we visited, but decided to try it. We bought the Baguette sandwich Special 2 for $12,50, the raspberry cheese Danish, mango cream Danish pastries and the garlic cheese bread. Everything was delicious, except the Banh mi was not very filled. We also got $13,50 advertised a dollar more than for the Baguette Sandwich Special.

Love almost everything here. My favorite is her tomato sauce and avocado sandwich. The coffee is also excellent.

Terrible attitude. The staff is stationary. We tried to order 3 different types of bread and she went immediately after she had heard the first without confirming. And in the end, the wrong bread gave us. No apologies and blamed us for telling the wrong ones. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the bread delicious.

You gotta go early most of the Bread was sold out I was looking for the French Baguette) by afternoon...2pm Management should study the traffic flow and manage inventory accordingly. If you can't get a Baguette ? do you really call it a Bakery shop? Plenty of dessert ? cake slices were available though. Sliced bread ? was also sold out. When I spoke to the staff, the response was..we are done for the day.. Go early and enjoy the quality fresh bread ??
