Cheap and delicious authentic Mexican plates for Bfast, lunch and dinner. A local favorite with a great repeat clientele following for good reason and anything but a tourist trap (of which there are many in Rosarito) Off the beaten path and well worth searching out for well prepared "Mexican home cooking" meals at ridiculously cheap pricing.Also offering daily specials ( emailed every morning) and home delivery.Julio's business thrives on volume and a very loyal local repeat clientele.Not spectacular, but always good food and presentation at locals pricing...................cheap and great value.

Took my wife and kids to Julios this past weekend. Had the green enchiladas and chile reanos. Both were excellent. Kids had carne asada quesadillas and said it was better than tacos el Yaqui. Place has a family feel, like you are eating in a friends backyard. We will definitely be back soon. Good, clean Mexican food. Best around but a little hard to find. Must try

I went on friends' recommendation. i can't imagine anyone wanting to eat in there. en stand there and wait while I had to go though a barrage of flies and then watch a slice of real Mexican family life with toddlers buzzing around on assorted wheel toys. I am Ok with toddlers in other settings. I would recommend it for possible take-out.

Treated so's friend Richard and girlfriend to Jullio's, did take out and ate our dinner in our dining room at La Paloma, they loved it we love it! Try it because you don't know what you missing!!!!!!!!
