I have constant problems with getting closer to this place. She never gets my phone orders right, and I have to go to the store again and again because she refuses to pick up the phone. She's always rude and short with me, and honestly you can say that she just doesn't care about her job. I have to go anywhere, and this is the next subway to me. No ingredients. Not sure if this is a failure in the forecast or what. From Ranch cheese. Close to closing time never any cookies.
Ordered here through Grubhub. 2nd time out of two they got my order wrong. First time they forgot the dessert I ordered, this time they didn’t make my sandwich right and left off a topping I paid extra for. When making orders that customers can’t verify, pay attention and get it done right.
These people closed an HOUR early. The worker inside said they were closed at 7:57 when the website and the door say they close at 9.
Tasted okay. The guy acted like he didn’t understand anything I was saying. A simple question like can you swap out chips for side salad shouldn’t have to be repeated three different ways for an employee that should know their own menuThe meatballs were still cold and the last two bites of my footlong didn’t have meatballs on it at all
The man behind the counter did'nt know what he was doing I will never go back. I do not recomend itThis is the one on independence and legacy near kroger if you want subway I recommend go somewhere else.
