Mcdonald's - Plano

This is my local McDonald's. I really have no issues with this location. They are speedy and efficient. Ice cream machine ALWAYS works....lol. The location is clean and tidy. I've been at different times of the day and the service is never lackluster. Seriously This location is a winner.

Says on google they open at 5:30 but they don’t actually open till 6. That’s not a big deal but the level of attitude here would make you think you are renewing your drivers license.

Definitely my number 1 go-to McDonalds! It's a bit out of the way, but it's worth it when I remember they carry the homestyle burger. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had them forget one of my sandwiches in a large order once and the frozen Coke I got must have been shaken right before as is exploded over me once I grasped it...it's all in good laughs though, they will always be my favorite as long as they have the homestyle burger and keep up the great customer service!

Very poor service. Drive thru speakers do not work properly. You can hear the entire conversation from the other line through your drive thru speaker. When I told the employee taking my order that I couldn 't hear her because of the speakers overlapping each other, she said 'ma 'am just hurry up, your order was taken a long time ago '. Okay, but how can I know that when I heard her take a whole other order? When I got to the window she had nothing to say. Only when I started to drive off did I hear the employee laughing. Very poor service at this location. The food was also overcooked and very dry
