Moe's Southwest Grill - Pittsburgh

I can sympathize with a busy weekend dinner rush, but I can't help but feel let down by my experience at this restaurant. Despite ordering online ahead of time, my food was delayed by 20 minutes past the estimated pick-up time. The cashier seemed to be avoiding the register, making it difficult for me to inquire about my order. When I finally received my food, it had been sitting on a shelf in the back for quite some time. My burrito was tasty but disappointingly lukewarm, and the chips were soggy and greasy. The salsa that accompanied them was overwhelmingly comprised of onions.

I received the incorrect food from my Uber driver, which was nowhere close to what I had ordered. The chips were extremely stale and unpleasant. I had to wait for an hour for this subpar meal.

Every time we go to Moe's, we are greeted with a warm welcome and the food is consistently amazing.

I love moes but this one doesn't do it for me. Food was soggy and I stood at the counter forever. No welcome to moes or even may I help just. Just let me look at you and walk away and braid my hair.

I ordered 2 taco meal kits and a gallon of sweet tea for noon on Sunday. When we arrived at 11:50, it was just being completed. The girl at the counter was very nice and wished us a blessed day. What a nice store! I recommend the Oakland store!
