What Briggitte Rod doesn't like about Dunkin':
I ordered some donuts and a pumpkin cold brew with foam, but it was very bitter and the foam was overly sweet. The donuts tasted old, like they were two days old. It was not a good experience. View all feedback.
I got the new pumpkin drink that was $3 with a coupon. It was amazing. I also purchased a pumpkin muffin and it was so good and soft and moist
Nothing to complain about here. Everyone is always very nice. They always have my mobile order ready to go when I get there. Perfect.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. It's the only place that consistently gets it right the first time. Whenever possible, I always request Tabitha as my server because she provides the best service. It's a shame that Xander no longer works there; he was one of their top employees, but I suppose he's moved on to bigger and better opportunities. I have given them nearly four stars; my only complaint is that they don't offer enough dishes with lemon. It would be fantastic to see more gluten-free and keto options on the menu now that they have moved away from donuts.
I tried the new stuffed mini bagels, they were delicious.
I will now change to 4 star since over the last few years it has generally improved!!!
