Super unprofessional like its teenagers running the place dont get me wrong its nothing wrong with that but at this location they are lazy dont care if they got ur oder right as long as it was close to what you orders i sat in line for 15 mins to get chicken strips {prderd nuggets for it to taste like they spilled a little raid or like chemicals in it it was awful this is the first location I've experienced this at View all feedback.
The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is friendly. However, it seems they could benefit from additional training to improve their efficiency and multitasking skills. During my visit, there was no one in the lobby, and it took nearly 30 minutes for service.
The cashier was very kind and courteous. We had to wait a few minutes for the cookies, and when they brought them to our car, she insisted that we check everything before she left. Outstanding service!
I really love the chicken here, but I think it would be great to offer a soft-baked option as well. Some diners may find the crispy variety difficult to enjoy, especially those who have dental issues.
The chicken sandwich had very little sauce, which was fine. My only complaint is that they don’t offer Dashpass, but the food is really excellent. I absolutely love their shrimp!
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, but the fries were completely cold. The sandwich was just okay; it didn't taste freshly made. The Sprite was also lacking flavor.
