My wife purchased two cakes from Rickey J’s for Thanksgiving. These cakes exceeded our expectations. We chose a carrot and Strawberry cake. They were very moist and flavorful. Without a doubt the next time we are in need of cakes or pastries we will definitely go to Rickey J’s. PS: I also heard they have the best Cinnamon Rolls on this side of Texas.
