Miss Saigon Bistro - Pinecrest

I wanted to try Vietnamese food with my Gf. As sensible people, we said it would be okay if they hadn't sit down and decided to leave. Richard said very friendly, he would feel bad and sit down anyway. We ordered the beef and coffee. It was amazing food, the service was great, especially by Richard. I went for my second time today not to look at the hours, they close from 3 to 5 and of course I came about almost 4. They still stopped eating after I insisted waiting to be in no hurry to take and finish their meals. He gave me a meal he thought I should try to remember that I said my Gf would have surgery, did not make the meal after her able to chew a lot. Needless to say great food and excellent service, with very good prices is a hard find. This will be our place to eat when we long Asian food. P.S. I think this is my first review of a food stop at all. I'll let the volume speak.

I'm from New York City, where we have some excellent Vietnamese restaurants, so I didn't expect to find a jewel like this on holiday. Our local friends in Coral Cables recommended it to us and wow we were surprised. The food was incredibly fresh, everything was so tasteful and beautifully presented. The portions large (read family size) six of us divided four dishes and we were filled and had remains. The waiter was amazing. Very attentive. My waterglass was never empty and they first served the ladies at our table. The owner came by to say hello and ask how everything was. Overall a good meal. They won't be disappointed. Certainly the highlight of our trip. We're coming back!

This is one of my FAVORITE Vietnamese restaurants in Miami. I got so regularly at one point, it's practically everything I've ever eaten! Great family in possession, super great service and the food is even better! I regularly order a kind of soup, style varies but southern style is one of my favorites, and a family style dish to share with the table. I even let the owner decide on days where I want to try something new. You have to finish your meal with a Vietnamese coffee, thank you later!!

I wasn't here so long. We have been opening customers since their original restaurant in Korallen-Gabeln. I must say that this family never disappoints! The service was super fast and super friendly. They changed from the traditional look of the restaurant to a bistro style that is very modern with a Thai twist! As for food as amazing as ever. My children and my husband ordered the combination pad Thai and said that was the best pad Thai they ever had. I ordered my whole time favorite, the Lemongrass chicken with steamed rice and man it was great! Just like I remember. There was so much food that we'd eat lunch today! And the Thai donuts! Could they be better... Fricken amazing!!!! Kudos to you. So happy to see you again. Definitely make it a pile of our dinner choices again.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Been coming here for years. Family run. Food is amazing. Our favorite is the lemongrass chicken. The Vietnamese coffee rocks. The pho is outstanding. On a side note, I left my credit card here. i realized it a week later and I called them and they had it waiting for me. Super good food and really honest hard working people.
