The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent! Although we received our meals a bit later than expected, they had a notice on the door explaining that they were short-staffed, which was understandable. I ordered the crab cakes, and they were delicious! View all feedback.

The pork hacks my friend ordered were quite bland. I understand that the restaurant specializes in seafood, but given the prices we paid, I expected better quality. The restaurant itself is beautiful, though. View all feedback.
Requested the Patio, we had our 5 year old grandson and the atmosphere was perfect. Server was a sweetheart! We ordered drinks, apps and dinner. Everything was delicious! My husband and daughter-in-law LOVED the shrimp fried and grilled. My son ordered Sushi- he was very happy! This was our final dinner in Dollywood! Very very happy!!
Highly recommend taking a look at the menu before visiting. They do NOT serve traditional seafood dishes and the menu items are limited. For example, crab stuffed flounder is available but not a plain flounder. The server indicated it was pre-made and could not be served any other way. We ordered crab tots as an appetizer and were very disappointed in the portion. Seafood Cavatappi was plenty for two of us to split. Again, no special requests could be honored. They do have bulk specials on crab legs if that 's what you are looking for.
Fletcher was an angel and we loved him. Everything else was it great.
Overpriced and cooked poorly. Beautiful place but the food was lacking
The place was empty, yet we had to wait to be seated for 30 minutes; the service was terrible and the food was average.
