Hard Rock Cafe - Pigeon Forge

I have been to this location a few times over the past several years. I have never had bad service here. The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt. I know that this is a chain restaurant, but personally the food has never stood out to me as exceptional in any way, and it is way overpriced for what you get. All in all it is mediocre food and drinks buttressed by great staff and overall service.

Impressed!! This was my first time at a “Hard Rock Cafe”, and up till now I assumed that most of the reviews I had heard was mostly just hype. Turns out I was wrong!! My woman and I ordered a “Country Burger” meal and it was amazing!!!! Possibly the best hamburger I’ve ever had! The memorability and the atmosphere was SPOT ON! I will be a repeat customer. So if you’ve never been and your a fan of some great american food, then what are you waiting for?!?

I’ve been to this location a few times, this time I read the reviews before returning this time and the reviews keep bringing up someone named Sammie. We went there curious of who Sammie was but she was off. We were taken care of by Jessie. He was very nice. We live out of state and he was very helpful on the local dinner shows to help us decide where we would go. The food was very good. And ofc we will be back next year.

Customer service and food here were great! From waitress, Crystal, we've been very careful. She was very attentive and often came to us. The food was also delicious. It was a bit overpriced for the food options, but we were on vacation sooo... Anyway, it was our first visit to a Hard Rock Cafe and it was good.

This was my first Hard Rock Cafe experience and it was a very pleasant one. The ambience was fantastic. Service on point. You had a live band. The food was excellent. What I thought was interesting that they were a local menu of dishes separated from their regular menu. I got the burger from this menu and it was exquisite. It'll be back.
