Culture and knowledge. Not only will you find exquisite vegetarian ramen but also a selection of Sake like I've never seen in Italy. The chef is a passionate connoisseur of Ramen and Japan and the preparations are like Japanese ones, without discounts. The waitress, in addition to being a sake sommelier, explains and suggests the right sake for each course. A corner of Japan in the heart of Veronetta. We had a great... View all feedback.
What Giorgia Leoni doesn't like about Den Ramen:
Dear celiac friends, be aware that despite what is written in the description of the restaurant you must book the gluten-free dish 4 DAYS BEFORE!! After booking I had to leave without consuming anything because I was told that I had nothing to offer given the other contamination. The worst thing is having found an arrogant waitress making me feel at fault for the problem I have. I wonder why you write that you can of... View all feedback.
I usually always take photos of the dishes but this time I was so curious to taste the various dishes that I completely forgot to take photos. The place is super modern, clean and everything in perfect order, it is advisable to book in advance because the place is small anyway, which is a good thing because you can have a certain privacy between the various tables. The menus at den Ramen change according to the winter and summer seasons (in fact I will definitely be back for the summer season). For an appetizer I took the gyoza and in reality I was convinced they were made of meat but instead it was completely vegetable, I was pleasantly surprised. The ramen dish is served with chopsticks and a ladle and is simply sensational, you can feel that there is research behind it and it is not the classic ramen, and what's more it is all vegetable. Finally, dessert with bao filled with hazelnut cream, I would say spectacular! Compliments to the chef Federico and Debora who were very good at explaining and advising. At least once in your life you absolutely need to stop by Den Ramen. Highly recommended!!!!!! We went on Saturday night and not for the first time, as I ate some of the most delicious ramen ever at Den Ramen In addition to the ramen, truly prepared with knowledge, passion and a lot of heart, as an appetizer I recommend taking the bao, which make you fly into orbit. Very good. Debora, the owner of the restaurant, is a sake sommelier and knows how to recommend the right sake for each dish (they have a really wide choice of sake, both hot and cold , also telling its history. I can't wait to go back already : Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Baozi, Shoyu Ramen, Degustazione Di Sake

Only 2 types of ramen. The miso one was very salty. Given the reviews I expected better. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
