We enjoy eating here when other places feel ordinary. However, the wait time in the drive-thru is quite excessive. It would be ideal if those with pickup orders were prioritized. Happy that they finally bought the enchirito back! despite the fact that they don't put black olives on it, it's still awesome. I added the olives when I came home? Food: 4/5
I should have given up when they added ranch. Never looked back when my chulupa crunch could no longer become perfection by the compliment of the iconic nacho taco. ?Food: 1/5
Lobby closed AGAIN! Short staff issues. All these ppl coming to AZ but they can't get anyone to work here! Make it make sense! I work everyday in PHX and it's a nightmare to find a fast food place with any good service or a clean establishment.
This is definitely one of the better locations I've been too. However you need a better system if you order ahead via app. A couple of times I ordered ahead I waited very long in the drive thru and food was cold/soggy. Other fast food places have curbside or we should be able to come in and pick it up. It's frustrating if you order ahead just to wait 15-20 mins to pick up your order behind people who didn't.
