What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This McDonald's is so disorganized that they can't even take orders at the register. I don't use credit cards, so I can’t use a kiosk or anything. In the last two months, this location has really gone downhill. The employees act like they are more important than the customers. Don't waste your time here—drive five minutes to a better one. Mcdonalds I've ever had the unfortunate to go too. I ordered to do something, a certain wise, and they followed all instructions except the most important. I brought them to attention and they thought they could just throw another piece of cheese on their head. so it took me three times before it was done right. then my riders were freezing and hard.
Staff is rude as hell here . I saw them badly treating a man with mental health issues yesterday. Today they are short staff and don’t know how to talk to customers. Lobby was closed and another customer let me in. Could be polite and ask me to leave , instead aggressive.
This morning I went through the drive through ordered two sausage egg and cheese mc griddle’s , one big breakfast, one sausage egg and cheese mc griddle combo with and orange juice, and a kids apple juice. I get to the window the lady asks if I ordered six hash browns, two sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffins, and a big breakfast. I reply no to her and tell her what my order was she says okay. I get to work open the bag and I have six hash browns, 2 sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffins. So I pack everything back up and drive back to the McDonald’s and let the lady behind the counter know I got the wrong order, I tell her what I ordered she re packs the bag. Before I walk out I check the bag and still she gave me 2 sausage McMuffins instead of three sausage mc griddles. So after ordering it the first time, telling her a second time, driving back and telling them third time, checking my bag a fourth time and letting them know it’s still wrong they finally got it right.
Service was very good. Food, well it was McDonald's. Restroom could have been cleaner.Food: 3/5
DO NOT USE APP AT THIS LOCATION THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I tried using the app and arrived at the store, manager said sorry the mcflurry machine is down, and refused to give me anything, said I had to call help desk for the app, after 3 emails and 1 phone call, best they can do is coupons, not sure if this is a way of stealing money by the manager or what, I paid $9.75 and got nothing, oh sorry coupons
