Recently, my wife Madeleine and I traveled from Miami to Phoenix for a visit. We stayed at the Hyatt hotel and quickly fell in love with La Madeleine, a restaurant which we visited every day for breakfast. We were impressed with everything the restaurant had to offer. The staff, especially Donovan, provided exceptional customer service and always greeted us with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious. We hope tha... View all feedback.
Breakfast and lunch options available. They have a nice sampler option with a soup, salad, and half quiche so you can try a bit of everything. The food was food and came out quickly. We beat the lunch crowd arriving at 11:30; by 12:30 the line was about ten people long. I was brave enough to ask for ranch at a French bakery. They don?t have it: so now you don?t have to ask. The vinaigrette is good, I mean, it?s not ranch, Arizona natives for some reason are ranch dependent, we can?t help it.
This was my first visit to this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised! I had never tried traditional French cuisine before, but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I ordered the trio taster, which included their renowned tomato soup, strawberries in creme sauce, and a tomato basil pasta salad. I found it to be incredibly delicious and I will definitely be returning in the future!
The service was extremely slow, but the excellent food made up for it! The restaurant seemed to prioritize food deliveries and Door Dash over in-person dining. They offer a great variety of pastries and delicious desserts. We visited for lunch and savored every bite. The turkey and Brie sandwich was fantastic! The crispy French bread added a nice touch to the sandwich, and the combination of onion and melted Brie with fresh turkey was absolutely delicious.
Very glad I discovered this yummy treasure in Phoenix. It?s possibly one of the highlights of my visit. We got lunch on the first day. Came back for a chocolate almond croissant and coffee for breakfast the next day, and picked up dessert for later. My only problem is that everything looked amazing. I wanted to try everything.
I enjoyed the Nouveau Breakfast, Fruit Tart and a Caramel Macchiato. Everything was delicious and balanced! The cafe has a great atmosphere where you can relax and take a breath. It is a good place to have a nice quiet meal or chat with friends over great food. I personally went for brunch while waiting on results for Jury duty :
