Burger King - Phoenix

Hit the drive-thru this morning to get breakfast. I take a bite into my sandwich and it?s cold. I mean cold! The cheese isn?t even melted. How hard is it to heat a damn sandwich? I paid $8.45 for this garbage. First and last time. I should have read the other reviews.

First and last time going to this location. Ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich, asked for no pickles, and the lady kept getting confused with what I was trying to order. Go to eat it, and it has little to no sauce on it. Seriously upset with this experience and won't be going back.

Very slow, even though the place wasn't full of customers. They seemed really disorganized, with worker asking what you ordered, instead of looking at screens. The burger i got was missing a crucial item: the bacon on a bacon king. I see them working hard, but management needs to train their people to be more efficient and organized. Place was fairly clean though.

Horrible manager and service got a whopper meal wanted extra lettuce, pickles we get a dry bun with a hamburger patty nothing else we went to.talk to manager she started arguing with us that we asked for that and finally made it how we wanted. After you order They should read order back so mess up don't happen like this,please train your employees and especially managers to properly take orders!

The food was over cooked I ask for no mustard on both sandwiches and they still put mustard they forgot to give me my drink I fill like the customers Service they did not care about they was rush like they did won?t my business
