Pelicana remains my favorite chicken establishment in the Philadelphia area. This small shop offers a delicious taste of Korean fried chicken. Every time I go, I ordered the level 2 out of 3 levels. Why did the server take away the detailed receipt when I received the bill to sign? I typically tip around 20%, but I would have given a 35% tip if I hadn't gone back to ask for the itemized receipt. Be wary of these tactics that servers use. View all feedback.
The chicken itself was very good. The batter is very light with a little crispyness to it, and the chicken is moist and flavorful.The spicy chicken is actually spicy but it’s not too much or too little in my opinion.I wasn’t a fan of the sweet and spicy or honey garlic sauces. The honey mustard was however, very delicious.
So this place got some good cheese fries. To me they are delicious. The chicken is a good amount but they are pricey. They are worth the money.Food: 5/5
Details for the Cheesesteak says minced onions, cheese and beef in a potato bun....no where does it say pickles, lettuce and tomatoes on it as well. I can't even eat what I ordered. Super upset that I wasted $10+ :

Good chicken, but we had to wait for an extra 30-45 minutes after the time our online ASAP order said it would be ready, and the staff was not very friendly to us.Food: 5/5
