Chez Colette Sofitel Philadelphia

Unfortunately an underwhelming experience, apart from the tea master, who did a really great job. The rest of staff were absent for the most part, and swore in front of customers. The food was mediocre too. The dessert tray was good, but sandwiches were small and left more to be desired. They also don't provide additional sandwiches, like is usually done at high tea, so for the first time I left still somewhat hungry. Overall, I didn't think the price was worth the experience.

I've been here now twice and gad a very nice time. The food is good and the served gas been very attentive and friendly. I only wish that we would get our food faster. We spent about 2 hrs the first time there and the 2nd time about 21/2 hrs. Tfats why i gave it 4 stars.

The food and drinks were very good. The menu was very limited, but what we had was delicious.

Excellent service. Wonderful food. Would recommend highly for brunch.
