I've eaten pancakes all over the country and the pancakes of the bistro are the hands down what I've ever had.
I have always enjoyed going to the bistro, the staff is always amazing. The food is amazing. I'll always stop when I'm back in town!
Excellent egg Benedicts, Omelettes, pancakes. No better place for breakfast.
