My order was late not sure if it was skip or MCs but MCs threw in an extra big Mac. I didn't complain or anything. They just gave it to me. Either than having to do throw the sundae in freezer for a few mins,which is to be expected lol. All was good and appreciate the customer service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
I usually like this McDonalds. Lynn @ cash is awesome. I like to order the value sausage mcmuffin - without butter. Thing is, they have hired some new guy who doesn't toast the muffin which makes it soft and taste funny. View all feedback.
Fast service, but they literally charge you for stuff then forget it in your order, I’ve been here 3 times in the past month and been missing something from my order every time, cmon guys food is good here
This was worst experience at a macdonalds ice cream was dowm manager Cristian is a total rude ass 27mins in the drive thru then got mostly the wrong meal
The staff at the drive-thru seemed uninterested in taking orders (11:17 pm; 5 Sep). I tried to order 4 items and after each one, the employee kept cutting me off and shouting "Is that everything!?" It felt like ordering from this restaurant was against the rules. This happened even though there were only 2 cars, including mine, in line. The customer service needs to be improved.
This restaurant is a disappointment. The staff, mostly immigrants, struggle to communicate in English and often make mistakes with orders. Both McDonald's locations in town are subpar. Additionally, the restaurant falsely claims to be closed on certain platforms when they are actually open. Overall, it is a frustrating experience.
The food was ok, and the price is pretty standard for fast food. The service was/is slow and I find the managers seem to ignore customers. The staff not all of them but a lot are not very friendly.
