Domenica 17 marzo ho pranzato in questo delizioso ristorante, molto vicino al centro di Peschiera del Garda. Era il mio compleanno e ero con alcune care amiche; avevo già scelto un menu fisso vegano con la gentilissima proprietaria, che si è rivelato ancora più ricco, gustoso, delizioso e abbondante di quanto avessi immaginato. L'ambiente era accogliente, il personale gentile e cordiale, e i piatti erano davvero squisiti: un ricco aperitivo con farinata, piccoli toast e bruschette meravigliose, squisiti paccheri alla carbonara, ottime polpettine di funghi e lenticchie con tante verdure cucinate nel modo migliore... E come dolce, un eccellente ciambellone con panna, macedonia e pistacchio. Slurp! E devo sottolineare che i prezzi erano davvero onesti.
