Domino's Pizza - Perry

Paul, Matt and Josh are always so respectful and pleasant when I come in this location great customer service is hard to find but they most definitely have it here

Place order and after calling 2 times we never got our order because it had already been 2 hrs. They keep waiting on the driver but never apologized or anything. Very disappointed.

Had two instances of ordering and waiting hours for anything. Ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and dessert a month ago, only to wait +2 hours. Called the store and they said they were so understaffed and they would get it to us when they could. Recently tried again, and ordered a single pizza for carry out, only to wait over an hour, and on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel. They just don’t have the staff for any sort of timely service.

Ordered for time delivery 2 hours a head of time food showed up an hour late when I called the store the guy was rude and hung up on me.

Arrived 2 hours late. Kids couldn’t even eat it because they go to bed at a reasonable time for school the next day. To top it off we waited 2 and a half hours for burnt pizza. This place is a joke. Next time I’ll drive to Pizza Hut where they actually know what the hell to do when it comes to pizza. I will never eat dominos again.
