Subway - Peoria

I've ordered from this restaurant several times, and they always get my order perfect!

I ordered the Steak Cheese sandwich and the only thing I would change is that I wish I could have requested more of a specific vegetable.

Jen and Lorenzo did an outstanding job! They were friendly and incredibly helpful, showing great patience with our kids as they struggled to make a decision about what to order. I truly appreciate their kindness, and I hope the owner recognizes their efforts!

Our subs didn't come with any dressing, and it wasn't offered to us either. We assumed it was included by default. However, the staff and service were excellent every time!

**Previous Experience (2021):** My daughter and I went in to get four footlong sandwiches. At first, we were the only customers, but soon others came in. It seemed like the two girls behind the counter were a bit unhappy while making the sandwiches. They carelessly tossed the vegetables into the subs, mixing different types together. It felt like they didn't want to be there at all, and the customer service was very lacking. The sandwiches were poorly assembled. When I tried to pay with a $50 bill, one of the staff members took it but then asked another girl, who was wearing a sparkly mask (not made of food-safe material), about it. She glanced at me without nodding, which confused me. There were no signs indicating they didn’t accept $50 bills, and I felt lost about what to do. Thankfully, two Latino men offered to change my $50 for me. I probably should have just walked out, but I didn’t. I’ve decided never to return there again. It seems like this new generation lacks respect, ethics, and the ability to provide genuine customer service.
