Contribute FeedbackThis subway, and maybe all, treat the employees awfully. My son has a job in the 83rd and Deer Valley Store six weeks ago. They told him a lot about the first day that he had to hurry and put the menu in. Then it was constant, “You are not fast enough if you are not faster, I will fire you”. They have a reputation to hire and fire children, most of whom are their first job within a few weeks. They get a bad reputation for that. You have to give these children a chance to cry loud! He was never too late, took other folk classes and really tried his best. But the manager said she had a complaint that he was slow, so was forced to fire him. Blah, blah, blah. Doesn't it make sense after you've been working with someone for 6 weeks, sent them to your stupid sandwich school to just invest a little more effort, to help them be faster, and to be successful? Apparently not to subway, the must have a ton of children that they can rent and keep the cheerful going round. Oh, and she waited until the end of his shift, AFTER had crushed her floors to fire him. Real SHITY
