Waited a hour for our food. I was told it was because there was a party upstairs. But the table next to us got their food before ours and they ordered 30min after our table. First time last time. View all feedback.
First time here good food ordered the spaghetti it was awesome my 2 year old nephew was flirting with her thank you will be back
The service improved over an already stellar experience. They recently included a dipped strawberry for each guest at the end of the meal. How delightful! The one and only issue was the noise level was quite high but that may have been unusual as most of the tables were large groups this evening. We love Jim's. Highly recommend!
I always love coming to Jim's!! I always say I feel like I am treated like a queen here!! Our waitress was fantastic and so attentive to our needs. As co-workers who have retired, it's nice catching up and relaxing dining together with nice surroundings and outstanding food. The salads are always amazing and so big you can hardly finish them. The only complaint I have is that they include peas on their salad, which I find odd. I asked for it not to include, but there it came. The waitress came up after 5 minutes had passed and apologized about the peas
Went to Jim’s to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was 10/10. The food was excellent. We ordered the filet mignon with artichoke hearts and the cajun ribeye. The broccoli and cheese soup was phenomenal. Even the bread and butter was delicious. Drinks were no different. I highly recommens the Long Island Iced Tea. Great atmosphere!
Really trying to be objective, but... While it has cool old school ambience, wonderful bus staff, and good prime rib, it fell short in other areas. We ordered prosecco to toast for mother 's day, but after the first pour, never returned to pour again DIY. Ordered the she crab soup, which was made with imitation crab meat and no crab roe, which is the whole point of calling it she crab soup. The salads were drenched in way too much dressing. Also ordered the calamari. The batter was too thick, so the calamari wasn 't cooked through and was greasy. Hoping these were just glitches, but take it as you will.
