What Cowboy Kickdoor doesn't like about Hardee's:
I ordered my food on the app and gave 20 minutes before showing up. They said my food was complete in the app. When i show up its not done and when i tell the lady behind the counter i have a pick up order , she rolls her eyes and doest even ask me what i ordered”. Wont be ordering from here again. View all feedback.
It was a bit slow. However, there were only 2 workers. The worker up front was very pleasant and friendly. The man in the back even called forward to say hi, while he continued to work.
This sounds crazy but I stop by this hardee's every time I go to pick up my son from college. Food is always good and suprizingly friendly service.
After getting home and not receiving all of my food items I was informed I either returned to the restaurant or would not receive my items. It is a bit of a drive and did not want to return today. This policy is theft, and unacceptable! Sad that a large company does not have a better replacement policy!
This lobby was open, not like East Peoria where the lobby is closed because of no workers.
The new manager and staff are friendly and pleasant. Store and food have definitely improved.
