The drive thru gentleman was very rude. My blizzard slipped out of my hand due to an employee having ice cream on his fingers that then would now be on the outside of my cup. He laughed. View all feedback.
What Dan Randolph doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Service was slow and the blizzard could have been mixed better. My biggest problem was that the floors were very sticky! Makes you wonder how clean anything else is! View all feedback.
A medium size bblizzard $6.09 I think it was a 16 ounce. too expensive, I never go back there. it might have been a 12 ounce to anyone who is too expensive!
Ordered online for pickup. Went inside to the counter one minute before the time quoted in app and email. Waited for 8 or 9 minutes, during which multiple staff in the back made eye contact with me but never came out of the kitchen to greet me. Finally left without the food I had paid for in advance. Contacted DQ online and heard nothing back. Answered a survey the next day and heard nothing back. It's been five days and DQ has taken my money and wasted my time. Will not visit again.
Cold treats, hot mess. No one at the till to take an order, soda spilled on the floor, everything sticky. An employee knocked a bunch of straws on the ground, another one picked them up and set them on a “clean” service. Orders messed up before ours.Nice employees, but seems like no one was managing them. Felt bad for them.
Service is typically slower than other DQs in the area. Seems like fewer staff than other DQs, but they are always courtious, pay attention to details, and overall try to make customers experience as best as it can be.
