The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. It is a bit pricey, but that seems to be the norm these days.
On May 10th, I placed an order to go and when I got home, I realized my chicken-porcini sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant and requested they bring it to me. When I went back to pick it up at the window, I received the bag without an apology for the inconvenience of having to return. This felt like poor customer service to me. I believe some form of compensation should have been offered. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.
Every time I visit this restaurant, I am always the third person in line, waiting 30 minutes for a beef ochdar sandwich. It is incredibly frustrating that they close early for no reason, and I am often surprised to find out they are closed when I arrive, despite their online hours showing they are open until 8pm. The menu online also indicates that they offer delivery, but they refuse when I attempt to place an order.
Use them to go to this place all the time, but the last 5 times I was there they were either closed (at 3 or 4 on the afternoon or could not be disturbed to answer their drivetrhu, although I saw employees inside. will no longer visit this place, and I have to go once in the week, guess they don't want money!
Got my order wrong, then the employee was rude when I let them know. Bathroom was filthy ?
