Edge was fantastic. Beautiful restaurant, great service, and the food was delicious. My husband got the steak and I got the Japanese fusion shrimp and grits and both were amazing. I will be back! The service and atmosphere were great. However the food was not. The foccacia was burnt, then both my wife and I had steak and ordered medium rare and the steak was closer to well done. You can't charge $35 for a steak and over cook it. Our waiter did refund us for one of the steaks but we likely will not be returning. It has the potential to be a great spot, they need a new chef.
