What Timothy Jackson doesn't like about Edge American Fusion:
The service and atmosphere were great. However the food was not. The foccacia was burnt, then both my wife and I had steak and ordered medium rare and the steak was closer to well done. You can't charge $35 for a steak and over cook it. Our waiter did refund us for one of the steaks but we likely will not be returning. It has the potential to be a great spot, they need a new chef. I've never had a bad meal or bad experience here. The food is fresh, delicious, and adventurous. The restaurant is beautiful. The staff is amazing....
