I work in downtown Pensacola and able to quickly get food by going to Pita Pit was a great convenience. The staff was friendly and super helpful. I never personally had problems with sandwich quality or customer service. It is very sad that the city center is closed on 22NOV17. View all feedback.
What bill burke doesn't like about The Pita Pit:
limited beer menu, but interesting. Beverages purchased were the ravenous pig amber from south florida and a sauvignon blanc. Both decent and about $1 more than other places on Palafox, so expect no deal here.Bartenders were knowledgeable and attentive.Atmosphere is a little goofy with velvet curtains (implying upscale? but other decorations are not. Once upon a time, I would of rated 3 stars. The menu was far too complicated for the mixologists to keep up with demand. Cocktails with 7 10 different ingredients take a long time, but I respect it.HOWEVER The cocktail menu has simplified, and the service has sped up tremendously as a result! I'm happy about that, and absolutely would reccomend.
The Kennedy is a premier spot for a solid drink and quality time with friends or dates.
This is Hailey, she won that belt in a Old Fashioned drink creation competition. She's awesome, be like Hailey.
This place has the best Old Fashioned in town! Highly Recommend
Tried this place on a visit from Atlanta 2 1/2 years ago and was so impressed by a cocktail I bring it up all the time to this day. Came back tonight and got to meet the creator of the drink! I don't usually leave reviews but I love the atmosphere and creativity of this bar. It was attention catching enough to bring us in again. Conor was a blast and it was a pleasure to meet the person behind Savage Garden!
