Russell gave 10/10 customer service. I completely messed up on the day I ordered and needed it and he helped me fix it with no problem. Idk what he makes but this man should get a raise

Do not call this location. They charged me 30 dollars for a large pizaa. They messed up my order and did not sent 2 items I ordered. When I called them they said just sorry. And to top it off. The pizza took 50 minutes to get here and was cold when I got it. This place is a joke!

There's nobody in the store actually taking your order! It's a call center.... Which is the ridiculous because you don't have a person inside to talk to. It's there robots making our pizza!!

Very rude, when ordering our food it states that it would take 26mins to 30 mins okay no problem but when it takes you an hour for one large pepperoni and cheese pizza and your only 3 mins from the store and delivered a cold pizza now that’s ridiculous and then call the store to ask why it’s cold and took so long only to say I’m sorry now that’s not acceptable for a business to do. Will not order from there again.

Order for pickup through Uber eats. We went to go get it when it said it was ready. The guy up front wouldn’t let my partner pick it up and he said Uber eats has to. He kept telling him we ordered pick up through the app but was just not having it and eventually walked away. So he came all the way back home empty handed. I called them and the girl on the phone said she wasn’t sure why that happened and to just come pick it up. I reiterated that the person of front was not letting him and how big of a pain this was because we didn’t exactly live close by. She then told me I needed to be respectful to her. I ignored that comment completely and told her that I think they should just deliver it now since it was now inconvenient as my little one was now in the bath tub and needed to go to school in the morning so he needed to get put to bed shortly. She said she would have to cancel the whole order since it was Uber eats then so I stopped her from continuing and said no no fine we’ll just come get it then and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Then they put in that we had picked it up when we obviously hadn’t.
