Alcaniz Kitchen Tap - Pensacola

The place has plenty of seating both indoors and out. They have a full bar and a decent draft beer selection. The wait staff was efficient and friendly. We shared a cheese curd appetizer and it was good. My wife had the tap burger and it was incredible. My daughter had the satay chicken and it was well seasoned and the dipping sauce was tasty. I had the jambalaya and it was delicious. Overall our first visit was positive and we plan on returning soon.

Small and very busy but had read so many good reviews we had to give it a go. Had the crab cakes-they were very good, best we’ve had in Pensacola. It came with a salad and house made blue cheese dressing, also so so good. We asked for a well done burger and alas, it was too pink for our liking. Wish the salad was not on a hot plate. Waiter was very attentive and friendly. We’ll be back.

We had a bad meal here, I don't even remember. Every time since then it's great! The spicy margarita is great. I've had a good burger before. Fish tacos are a regular order. But I only had some really fantastic wings, great flavors. My wife always commands the truffle mac n cheese, which is just fantastic. Because she always ordered the truffle mac (picture) and spicy margaritas, she never had a bad meal!

I saw that this new restaurant just opened less than 2-3 weeks ago and wanted to check it....I was impressed by the uqality of food and the atmosphere. I am very pleased that it grows. I had the grilled mahi fish tacos that were delicious, and my friend had the tap room burger he really enjoyed, commented on the delicious alioli style garlic Mayo, which came on with natural, homemade cucumber pickles. Our waitress Maggie was very helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to taking more people here to try it in the future.

I'm waiting for someone to renovate this aesthetic corner place. AK
