I'm new to the area (only here pulled out of Missouri) and this has become my way to the convenient shop for well drinks or a snack. It is in a really beautiful location, less than a mile on the road. I'm going up the day for a limo and the machine was just down. The staff (especially Douglas and Summer? I think was her name) are so friendly and so welcome! And if you are a Pokemon GO fan, there are like 10 PokeStops... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wawa:
Cones on each individual petrol station with two gas attendants. Even if I finally came to an open one, they said that no participant was available. Date 09/26. Time 11:05. Many decisions. Usually well stocked. I went on a very busy Saturday evening and there were more than 25 people or more waiting for food orders and there were only 2 persons working behind the counter sandwiches, soups, special items, etc. There must be more help at weekends, especially after 10, when many other places nearby for the night, more people to WaWa.
There was another chance. A hot sandwich ordered and it wasn't even warm. Hardly any sauce added. I prefer to drive these extra miles for better quality
Conveniently located. However, I consistently have a problem with the service at this wawa. Simply put, they need a larger location for gas and within the store. When this place gets busy, it is hectic! In the mornings the commercial vehicles make getting gas a hassle, and customers go inside to order food; leaving their vehicles to take up spaces in the gas lanes. Extremely frustrating. Wawa should def consider coming up with a plan to tackle the delay with this location.
This specific day. Jan 4, 2017 at 8:45pm. I commend Wawa for hiring the special needs because my cashier seems to be unable to say a word. Either that or she's incapable of a greeting, saying the price, and a proper farewell. I don't expect a Chick-fil-A type of service but a simple hello isn't hard. I'm sure it's in your training manual. Same goes for the ones making the food. It wasn't nearly busy. It's a shame because this is my local Wawa, too.
