Came for breakfast on sat morning before heading out mountain biking. Went to the bar, wasn't acknowledged so sat down for 10 minutes, no one came to serve so went back to the bar and asked if anyone was serving. She then took my order. Was given tea with a tea pot with no lid then waited half an hour for breakfast and nothing arrived. I then went to the bar to ask if they had forgotten about me, they said it was on the way. 5 mins later the young waitress came to my table to say there was a shortage, which was a lie as she had given my breakfast to someone else which I pointed out to her and she agreed, so I walked out. Absolutely awful experience and will never return .

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We visited for brunch, and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed some pancakes for dessert, which were delicious and beautifully presented. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20
