Watched these three use their comms to blatantly trash talk several groups of customers on the patio for well over 20 minutes. Their complaints? Large families trying to save a few bucks on drinks, and kids tossing a ball back and forth outside. Absolutely embarrassing representation of the company. Do better Starbucks. After waiting for 45 min they realised they didn't print my order and made
I ordered a venti strawberry açaí and for the first time ever there was no strawberries ? in them and they did not bother to let me know.
The service at this location was ridiculous. We ordered a hot coffee and they did it even put sugar. and we passed by the drive thru again. and there was 3 girls and they all acted like if they “didn’t see” us they passed by like if we were there. i find this very respectful because all we wanted was sugar because the coffee was sour. i DONT recommend this starbucks gooo somewhere else with better customer service !!!!!
