Wendy's - Pell City

I was extremely hungry. I stopped at Wendy's. The food was awful, the cheese wasn't melted, 1/2 strip of bacon, a pile of mayonaise and something green.Will never go there again!!!OMG

I walked in on crutches with tears in my eyes from pain. I ordered a double hamburger. The cashier asked if I want the cheese that comes on it. I said, no. When I got back to my truck and opened it. It had 2 slices of cheese. I walked back in on crutches and asked for a refund because it had cheese on it. They gave me a refund, but never apologized for messing up my order. That was 2 very painful walks, when it should've only been one. I couldn't use the drive thru because I was in a commercial truck that is too tall for it.

This Wendy's seems to have good food, I visited two days in a row, at off times. The hamburgers, Dave's singles, were some of the best fast food burgers I had had in a long time. From my experience, I would highly recommend this location.

I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit, a buttered biscuit, and a coffee. Got a biscuit with an egg on it with something green in the white part, no cheese and a few small pieces of bacon. Not even a full Small strip of bacon by any means. Then the buttered biscuit was drenched in syrup. . syrup on it... you can't even get a simple order right these days folks. I'll never go back there again. Edit: i had to throw the egg away. It had something green in the white part. I was scared to eat the egg part of the biscuit. I'd give them a zero rating if i could.!! The health department needs to pay them a visit..
