The room is too old and quiet smelly, found 2 insects in the bathroom. Can’t sleep during mid night, heard some sounds from the bathroom all night, sound like open tap water or pull out the plug...not sure what is it. Service can be improved, wait around 15 mins for prints the passport. Breakfast can accept. View all feedback.
Best 3 hotel in Pekanbaru. Percentage per night for the Executive Room with large space and complete amenities. Totally recommended.
