We were in town from Houston for a wedding and found Poor Richard's Cafe on Yelp.

Well, first off, I would give this place $$ It's not as inexpensive as Garland Cafe and the food is quite similar.

Super lunch. good service. good wine list. sad no sombrero because of Kovid. bring a hat as a terrace is a real sun protection!
