What User doesn't like about Hotel Alka Plaza:
The arrangements were good. But the food is not upto the mark. We had to pay almost double cost as the same good quality food available from different catering units. The food timings for the function were given till pm. The bearers refused to heat the food/keep the flame on after pm. When we went in the night to settle the bills, the GM of the hotel was fighting with the event management guys in a very immature way.... View all feedback.
The restaurant was okay. we ordered rooms with king bed and they gave us sick rooms. it was unacceptable. the manager himself was so annoying and he was very bad. also the receptors were so rude. too. not worth it. so cheap. the police also roared in the hotel and literally no private sphere. better not to choose this place.

The service at the hotel and restaurant was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the hotel was well-maintained. I highly recommend this place.
Good place to stay and chill, it also has a restaurant for a decent price, free options are really good, had a prawn curry that does not point to the top.
The food and service at this restaurant are amazing, and the ambiance is beautiful. The staff, especially Tino, was extremely helpful.
