I recently dined at Bluestone and had a mixed experience. The service was outstanding, and our waiter, Ravon, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He ensured our glasses were always full. However, the food was just okay. While the presentation was appealing, the flavors didn’t quite match up to the high level of service. Some dishes lacked seasoning, and others felt a bit underwhelming. Overall, the exemplary service made the evening enjoyable, but I hope the kitchen steps up to match the front-of-house excellence. I might give it another try before we leave the Hilton, hoping for a better culinary experience.

My server was Ravon and he was incredible. He was kind, got us our drinks and food quickly, and I felt really comfortable with him as our waiting. Some waiters I have dealt with in the past can be rude, pushy, or take a very long time and I am happy to say that was not my experience at all.
