I always enjoy visiting this location! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, especially if they're out of something.

This is prolly the last time I'll come to this location. I live around the corner and love FIREHOUSE but this location has gotten worst with each chance I've given them. The wait is always 20-30mins for ONE SANDWICH. They had a Line two cars ahead of me and three cars behind me. I have no idea how long those peoples orders will take. Everytime I come I look forward to my pickle and today was like the fifth time and WOW they actually included it. But the pickle was bad. No crisp AT ALL. THE lettuce was wilted. I legit want to drive back and get my money back. But I have errands to run. But I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Makes me so sad because it was once a really good spot for a quick bite. You would think with all the abismal reviews they would garner some change. Instead it just gets worst. I would not be surprised if this place closes down. Not sure how they are able to stay open with such crappy food and service DO NOT GO HERE. ALSO the auto reply person. Don't even acknowledge my message/review instead enact positive change in this place. What's the point of replying to bad review after bad review if this place continues to suck. Only gave it one star so my review could post but they don't even deserve that.

Good food but short staffed. You got the drive thru guy and the manager running both drive thru, front register, and making sandwiches. They need help.

No issues with sandwich it was great. Had also ordered a bowl of chicken and dumplings soup id score that a zero. All i got was broth and carrots no chicken no dumplings and it wasn't even hot and tasted salty. Employees give off vibe that they don't even want to be there. Was not greeted or anything by any employees. After looking at menu the person who was at register was just staring at me.

Just a continuation... they haven't. Lol. I haven't visited this firehouse in the past long after it first opened, and several times thereafter. Last week I decided to eat there again since I worked in the neighborhood. I gave this place a 5-star rating before. After the last week, I had to change that. The service was a little slow. The dining room was dirty. The beverage machine was made of almost every taste and what was available was flat. It was also made of ice. Their solution was an ice-cream cup sitting on the floor with a cup so customers could dig their ice cream. The unsweetened tea was weak, and the sweet tea dispenser had run out over the worktop and on the floor.(no wet landmark) Your solution only puts a white towel under the leak. My lower part was good. The cashier didn't ask for a round. I asked, but she still didn't. I filled out the survey on the website, the receipt offered, all this in detail and asked for the contact. No one else met me. Hopefully, it'll fix everything.
