Prime Wings - Peachtree Corners

The new lady at the front who is apparently the new owner, shouldn’t be running this place. Doesn’t know the first thing about customer service and extremely rude. I called to place order ahead of time, and specifically stated that I wanted fried rice instead of French fries. Get there and I see they gave me French fries, and the lady at the front said when I called she “didn’t hear” me say fried rice. She then said it was her fault because she normally would repeat the order back. So, if she claims it was her fault and she wants to keep customers then she should’ve given me what I asked for for free. But no, she charged me separately for the rice which is what I originally wanted anyways. Money hungry new owners who don’t care about their customers or the food being served. Terrible terrible. Bring the old owner back, he was much nicer and actually cared more.

The food is delicious! I had the wet lemon pepper wings fried a little crispy and the shrimp fried rice...scrumptious! In addition to the excellent....I will definitely be back. Edit post: The new owners suck and the food quality has went down. I wished the previous owner didn't sell to them. Customer service is non-existent. My vegetable fried rice was brown rice with steam mixed vegetables added topped with soy sauce! Their no longer making fried rice. It's coming out of a rice cooker with soy sauce being added! The new owner customer service skills are horrible! They keep saying the old cooks are still there but I don't believe it! The previous owner would have never let what happened today. I will never spend my money there ever again!

All I’m going to say is get the Lemon Pepper (Wet). Insane flavor. Best wings I’ve ever had, the service was great; They were extremely friendly and helpful. I’m coming back any time I can.

NEW Management SUCKS. I ORDER LEMON AND PEPPER WINGS CRISPY! MAN THEM WINGS WAS HARD, DRY AND OLD. NO FLAVOR Also very little Fry's . THIS WAS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCE FROM THEM! I ONLY GIVE AN RESTAURANT TWO STRIKES! SINCE ITS NEW MANAGEMENT! IM GOING SOME WHERE ELSE. THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE NEEDS TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO. PHONE COMMUNICATION Not FOR HER

We placed our orders roughly 45 minutes before closing time. Our food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent!
