The food and service were exceptional! The staff kindly reminded us of our reservation several times and checked in on our seating arrangements, as some of our group are older and have hearing impairments. Despite the restaurant being quite busy due to Easter, the timing of the food was perfect. View all feedback.
What Kevin’s C doesn't like about Due South Seafood Kitchen:
I had the surf and Turf w filet and lobster. $57. The med rate steak was tough and drowned with mushroom gravely that covered the plate. Very disappointing. The broiled lobster tail was good but extremely small. The mash and veggies were fair. The wedge salad also disappointed. The she crab soup was good not great. I should have gotten the seafood which is their specialty but everything is all fancy and mixed and pai... View all feedback.
Stopping thru and decided to try this restaurant based on reviews. Due South did not disappoint….food was delicious. We all loved our meals. Will definitely stop here again. I had the salmon with seasonal veggies and the Spanish rice. It was soooo good!
The trout with mushroom risotto is one of our favorites. We substitute side in order to have the spinach. We eat early in order to avoid crowd. Good portions for price. Beautiful presentation.
Went for birthday lunch. It was great! Everything was absolutely delicious! Service was great! We will be going back!
The hushpuppies were overcooked. Fish and chips need to be served with tartar sauce, malt vinegar and lemon. The trout was excellent.
Due South is just a wonderful restaurant now; the interior is beautiful, upscale, subdued very elegant. The food is 5 star, with generous portions. The waitstaff really know the various dishes, and importantly, the wine list as well. Due South has become our go to upscale seafood restaurant.
