After some time, the terrace was filled with guests (6 tables), two people serving, so 3 tables for two people, which is not excessive. One of the tables where 5 people sit is in the center of attention and absolute focus. If you want to ask, order, supplement the order at that moment, it was impossible because the staff addresses only one guest while the rest are neglected. After some time, all the surrounding guests were surprised by such behavior. I've been to much lower-ranked taverns, but I felt welcome. I didn't feel welcome at the Great Gate, so this was the first and last time. An artificial smile and an answer of just wait a bit was not enough. It is also unappreciated and unhygienic to allow a guest to take the bešte himself, which was done by the gentleman at the table you were focused on. The food was passable (by no means extreme in quality and taste), except for the children's bolognese, which was excellent. After dessert, we gave up on the additional pizza order because we would probably have to wait 30 minutes for the same. Gentlemen, every guest deserves attention and not a selective approach. If the gentlemen at the table are bigger spenders and dear guests than the rest, you could close the terrace and make a private party for them. I'm sorry that I drove 40 minutes to the tavern because in the end I was disappointed with the approach. If I had known, I would have paid for a table reservation and gone to have lunch with my family at a place where guests are valued. LP and good luck in your future business with more attention to the guests you live off.
