Paxton House Of Pizza - Feedback

What Jim Small doesn't like about Paxton House Of Pizza:
I have eaten here before and the food is delicious ? What I can do without is the attitude. I ordered online a Italian grinder I never mentioned I wanted it toasted. I pick it up and they toasted it. I was told that they toast all grinders if not specified not too. The woman gives me an attitude saying well I guess we're out the money. We just moved to the West Tatnuck area of Worcester and wanted to order from a local pizza place- so happy that we chose here! My husband got A tuna sandwich and I got a chicken Caesar wrap. They allowed a substitution of crispy chicken and my gosh it was incredible. The sandwich was huge and was enough for me to have the next day as well.
