New store on the beach of Patras that is worth visiting once again. Though we went M. Friday night that became the unbreakable in all the shops we served relatively well. Limited selection in the list for this period and all available. From what we got the octopus with macarotsini indifferent while fried squid and calamarika with barley perfect. Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και ο χώρος πραγματικά υπέροχος από την οροφή μέχρι τις τουαλέτες.

Awful management and service. First of all we had made a reservation for 6 people which they did not keep since when we arrived there was not a table available for us. We got lucky since one happened to clear out in the 10 minutes I was waiting for my company. Another crucial part is that a friend of the manager showed up with her company without a reservation and got seated right away! After that the majority of the waiters/waitresses were overloaded due to the fact that they had obviously overbooked. But not constituting an excuse for the absolutely rude and not responsive that was assigned to us. Food wise we thought it was good overall with one major flaw in marketing. The tried to serve in what we thought was a prawn seafood pasta, shrimps! Which apart from the obvious difference in taste and size there is a huge difference in prizing. After a complaint was made by us and the table next to us we were again encountered with more of the manager 's excuses. Overall all those factors could be attributed to an overbooking but there were a lot of problems in management to be overlooked.

Great food, great service and attention for every detail! We were there at the opening night, so the place was really busy fast. Our group was quite large and we ordered quite everything on the menu to try it. The food is amazing. Appropriate price and top quality. The service was brilliant despite the opening night nerves. The decor was specially selected and it creates a beautiful unique atmosphere. There are three requirements that make a great restaurant: 1. Service that comes with a smile and 3. An environment that helps you to spend a great night. Barkarolla has all three. Very recommended!
